She completed primary, secondary, and high school education in Adana and graduated from Karadeniz Technical University Faculty of Medicine (1995–2001). She specialized in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Uludağ University Faculty of Medicine (2005–2010). She worked as a PMR specialist at Çekirge State Hospital (2010–2020) and since September 2020 has served as Chief Physician at İlker Çelikcan Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Hospital.
Her 2010 thesis compared isokinetic/isometric exercise programs with isotonic + isometric home exercise programs for balance, pain, muscle strength, and functional capacity in bilateral knee osteoarthritis. Selected publications include work on balneotherapy in ankylosing spondylitis (Uludağ University Medical Journal, 2009), brown tumor of the sacral spine (Rheumatol Int., 2007), and acupuncture in a case of supraventricular tachycardia (Anadolu Tıbbi Dergisi, 2023). She spoke on tongue diagnosis according to Traditional Chinese Acupuncture at the Interactive and Anatolian Medicine Congress (13–15 May 2022). Between 2018 and 2023 she completed Ministry of Health–approved training in mesotherapy, acupuncture, prolotherapy, ozone therapy, and cupping/hijama.
