Short Professional Biography
Dr. Ana Moreira, MD, MSc, is a physician specialized in Integrative, Regenerative and Longevity Medicine. She is the Director of the Integrative Medical Center by Dr. Ana Moreira in Porto, Portugal, and President of the Portuguese Society of Integrative Medicine (SPMI). Dr. Moreira is an international speaker at medical conferences and a member of several international scientific societies, contributing to the development of integrative approaches to health and chronic disease management. She is also the author of the book “How Not to Get Sick – The 8 Week Plan of Integrative Medicine.”
