Assoc. Prof. Ali Timuçin Atayoğlu
MD, is a family physician who embraces a holistic health approach and focuses his work on the integration of traditional and complementary medicine into modern, evidence-based healthcare systems. In his practice, he emphasizes individualized and integrative health models that address the biological, psychological, and social dimensions of individuals, and conducts academic and clinical studies, particularly on the implementation of multidisciplinary approaches in primary healthcare. He has served as President of both the National Apitherapy Association and the International Federation of Apitherapy, as well as a member of the Apitherapy Speciality Committee of the World Federation of Chinese Medicine Associations, and as a clinical trials coordinator at Nature’s Laboratory & Apiceutical Research Centre (UK), contributing to international scientific collaborations. In addition, he served as president of the Holistic & Integrative Medicine Association and as Head of the Department of Traditional and Complementary Medicine at Istanbul Medipol University, where he supervised numerous research projects and postgraduate theses. He has authored numerous scientific articles published in reputable international journals and has presented papers at various international congresses. He is currently continuing his academic work at Haliç University
